Customer service is essential for every business. Unsurprisingly, many companies are starting to utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to improve their customer support. With AI technology, companies streamline their customer service processes, reduce operational costs on support agents, and improve the overall customer experience. In addition, AI helps businesses gain valuable insights into customer needs and preferences.

In this article, we will explain what AI is, why using it in customer service is a game-changer for your business, and how it helps to optimize customer support strategies and achieve greater success in the long run.

## What is artificial intelligence (AI) and how it works

AI is a field of computer science that aims to create machines that can do things that generally only humans can do, such as seeing, hearing, thinking, and understanding language. AI uses special programs that help machines learn from information and techniques that simulate how the human brain works.

AI systems can look at information, find patterns, and then make predictions or decisions. For example, in customer service, AI interacts with prospects, improving user experience, customer engagement, and support.

## How do you use AI in customer service?

Let’s look at the three prominent cases for AI in customer service experience:

### 1\. Customer self-service

One common use of AI in customer service is through customer self-service. With AI-powered chatbots, customers can interact with virtual assistants to get answers to their questions, find solutions to their problems, and receive personalized recommendations. It enables customers to quickly get the help they need without waiting for a customer service representative.

### 2\. AI-powered customer service representatives

AI can also be used to enhance the capabilities of customer service representatives. With AI tools, customer service agents can access customer information in real-time, provide personalized recommendations, and resolve customer issues faster. Machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) can also help customer service representatives understand customer issues better and provide more accurate solutions.

### 3\. Knowledge base

AI can help businesses build a comprehensive knowledge base that clients can access to find answers to frequently asked questions. That way, customers can find solutions to their problems without waiting for a support manager to assist them.

## Benefits of AI in customer service

The benefits of AI in customer service include the following:

- **Improved customer experience.** AI can help businesses provide faster and more efficient customer service. So that customers can get the help they need quickly and on time.

- **Reduced operational costs.** AI can automate many aspects of customer support, including customer self-service and frequently asked questions. That helps businesses reduce their operational costs by requiring fewer customer service representatives.

- **Increased customer satisfaction.** AI can provide personalized recommendations and solutions to customers, which can improve their overall satisfaction with the business.

- **Improved accuracy.** AI can help businesses provide more accurate responses to customer inquiries, reducing the potential for errors and increasing customer trust.

- **24/7 availability.** With AI-powered chatbots, businesses can support customers around the clock, regardless of time zone or business hours.

- **Scalability.** AI can help businesses scale their customer support operations quickly and efficiently as their customer base grows.

- **Data analysis.** AI can help businesses analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and better understand customer needs and preferences.

## Is AI replacing customer service?

Fortunately or not, AI is not replacing customer service. Instead, it is enhancing it. While AI can automate many aspects of customer support, there are still situations where customers need to interact with a human customer service representative. Therefore, businesses need to balance using AI to streamline their customer service processes and providing personalized support.

An example of this balance is the customer service provided by Apple. While Apple uses AI-powered chatbots to provide technical support, they also offer customers the option to speak with a human agent if the chatbot cannon resolve their issue. That way, clients receive both personalized support and benefits from AI-powered customer service.

## Examples of AI in customer service

AI can automate many aspects of customer support using the following features:

### 1\. Conversational AI

Conversational AI enables customers to interact with chatbots in a natural language conversation. That way, customers can get the help they need without navigating through a complicated phone menu or waiting for a human agent.

An example of a [conversational AI platform](https://chatfuel.com/blog/conversational-ai-platforms/) is the chatbot used by Domino’s Pizza. Customers can place their orders directly in a casual manner without browsing the menu or waiting for a manager.

### 2\. Natural Language Processing (NLP)

NLP can help chatbots understand customer inquiries better and provide more accurate solutions. It means customers can get the help they need faster and more efficiently.

An example of NLP in customer service is the chatbot used by the clothing retailer H&M. The chatbot helps customers find specific items, suggest outfits, and provide sizing information, all through a natural language conversation.

### 3\. Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

AI can help businesses build a comprehensive knowledge base that customers can access to find answers to frequently asked questions. It means that customers can find solutions to their problems without waiting for a customer service manager to assist them.

An example of answering FAQs with AI is the chatbot used by the airline KLM. The chatbot provides customers with information on their flight status, booking details, and baggage information, all through a natural language conversation.

AI in customer service: how to improve customer experience

WhatsApp is the [most used](https://www.statista.com/statistics/258749/most-popular-global-mobile-messenger-apps/) messaging platform in the world. As a business, it is integral that you have a presence on WhatsApp — just like you do on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. But as you start exploring the possibilities of WhatsApp for communication and marketing, you might have some questions about the green tick verification for your business profile.

In this article, we’ll find out what a WhatsApp business verification green tick is, how to get it, and what the benefits of having it are. Let’s get started.

## What is a WhatsApp Business account

A WhatsApp Business account is used by businesses to interact with their customers. As a business, you can create a profile with your information, such as an address, business description, and contact details. You can then set up automated messages, quick replies, and labels to manage and organize your conversations with customers. And even more importantly, a business account is needed to be able to advertise on WhatsApp or to integrate it with a chatbot. All of these business features allow you to communicate with your customers in a secure, professional, and efficient way.

## Types of WhatsApp Business accounts

There are two types of WhatsApp accounts you can have for your business. One is the WhatsApp Business App, and the other is the WhatsApp Business API.

### WhatsApp Business App

This version of the account is free. It is mainly used by small businesses, which can interact with customers, set up automated messages, and use features like quick replies and labels. However, you are limited to only one phone number per device and a maximum of 256 contacts for broadcast lists.

### WhatsApp Business API

This paid version of WhatsApp Business, on the other hand, can support multiple phone numbers and unlimited contacts. It is designed for larger businesses that want to integrate WhatsApp into their existing 3rd party systems. Using the API, you have access to more advanced features, such as direct integration with chatbots, customer service software, and CRM tools.

## What is a WhatsApp green tick (green badge)?

The infamous WhatsApp green tick is a verification symbol that appears next to your WhatsApp Business account’s profile name. It shows that your account is WhatsApp verified and that you are a legitimate business.

It is not mandatory to get verified on WhatsApp, so not all businesses have the green checkmark. However, the process is fairly simple and has many benefits. Keep reading to find out what the business verification process is.

## What are the benefits of a verified badge?

Let’s take a look at some of the benefits of the WhatsApp Business verification green tick:

- **Customer trust.** This is by far the most important benefit. When you contact your customers or when they contact you, the WhatsApp verified badge would make them confident in the security of their conversation. They will know they are talking to a genuine business, thus reducing potential negative interactions.
- **More visibility.** The badge makes your account easier to recognize among customers’ other WhatsApp contacts.
- **Customization options**. You can display your business name instead of your business number, making you more recognizable.
- **No additional cost.** There are no fees associated with getting the verified badge. And who doesn’t like free?

## How to verify a WhatsApp Business account

Once you are ready to verify your WhatsApp Business account, the process is simple.

1\. First, [sign up for WhatsApp Business API](https://business.whatsapp.com/) (or you can also work with a 3rd party provider), the paid version of WhatsApp Business, also known as WhatsApp Business Platform. It is required before you apply for the green badge.

Choose your WhatsApp account or add it if it’s not already there. Click on Settings → Contact Support → Ask a question → Request official business account status. At this point, you will need to provide certain documents about your business.

4\. You’re done, congratulations. In a few days, you will see the green checkmark on your account if you passed the verification.

We hope this answers your questions on how to get a verified WhatsApp business account. Keep reading to find out what are some requirements and tips you should follow to increase your chances of getting it.

## Requirements to get verified for a WhatsApp Business account

First, as mentioned above, you’ll need to be a user of WhatsApp Business API to apply for the green tick.

Next, make sure that you follow WhatsApp’s terms of service and business policy. For example, you will not be approved if you share certain types of content or engage in prohibited activities on the platform.

We also recommend you increase your activity on WhatsApp for a few weeks before this application. You can do this by sending out WhatsApp marketing campaigns. We recommend you send out about 1000 messages or more.

And even better — make sure that you are in Tier 2 or above messaging level. It means that WhatsApp allows you to send messages to 10.000 unique customers in a rolling 24-hour period. To get to this tier, you need to maintain a good quality score and increase your sending volume to 2000+ unique customers per day in the last 7 days. Find more information on your current limit in the Message Limit section in the WhatsApp Manager settings.

Last but not least, make sure you have 2-factor authentication enabled for your account.

By doing all of the above, you certainly increase your chances of getting approved. However, the approval process is done on a case-by-case basis, so it is not guaranteed.

## Are you using WhatsApp to its full potential?

Earlier, we briefly talked about the advanced possibilities of WhatsApp Business API accounts. They include the option to integrate WhatsApp directly with a chatbot platform, auto-replies, and marketing campaigns.

All of the options above are, in fact, possible with Chatfuel. Our no-code platform is one of the biggest in the world, and we work with small brands and household names like Lego, Adidas, Netflix, Visa, and many others.

Best AI Chatbots in 2024: Boost Your Business

Given the discussion around ChatGPT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing over the last few months, you likely fall into one of two buckets. The first bucket is for the skeptics — those who think that AI is not all that useful in marketing and might do more bad than good. The second bucket is for those that believe the complete opposite. They’re much more optimistic about AI, arguing that there are many great applications that we can take advantage of. Of course, the truth is that people in both camps have valid arguments that should be considered.

But whether you fall into the latter or the former, you’ll find this article useful. We will try to understand what AI marketing is, its benefits, how to use it, and some practical examples you can implement today.

## What is AI marketing?

AI marketing refers to using machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and other AI technology to perform marketing tasks. In its current form, AI marketing still requires human guidance or human input. For example, think of providing an outline for a blog and having an AI tool write the full blog or providing a description of an image and having an AI tool generate that image.

Tools you’ve probably heard of are ChatGPT for text-related tasks or DALL·E for image generation. But in fact, AI has been used in marketing (behind the scenes) even before these. A prime example is advertising platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok. They all use AI to categorize users, determine their interests, and ultimately who they should serve ads to. Another example is AI-powered chatbots, which use NLP to understand customer queries and help resolve their issues.

However, there have been many changes in both AI and marketing in the past year. Keep reading to learn about some of the latest use cases of AI in digital marketing and more.

## What are the benefits of AI in marketing?

Since AI in marketing has been such a popular topic in the past few months, there must be a good reason for it. And the reason is that there are many benefits from leveraging it.

Here is a list of the top 6 benefits of AI in marketing:

1\. **Savings.** Using AI to automate tasks, generate text, generate images, and other similar tasks is free or close to free. Much cheaper than doing it all manually or paying someone to do it manually.

2\. **Efficiency.** Not only is using AI for certain tasks cost-effective, but it is also much faster. It takes seconds, whereas it usually takes hours or days.

3\. **Task automation.** Save time on repetitive tasks like data analysis, reporting, emails, answering common questions, content creation, and more.

4\. **Better customer experience.** With AI-powered chatbots, your customers will receive faster and always available service. Not to mention increased customer engagement with your brand.

5\. **Creativity boost.** AI can be used to generate dozens of ideas for blogs, marketing campaigns, headlines, email marketing, and more. You can quickly pick the best ones and expand on them instead of being stuck with writer’s block.

6\. **24/7 availability.** Unlike humans, AI tools are ready to work 24/7. There’s no downtime or delays.

## How to use AI in marketing

Now that you know some of the benefits of AI in marketing, let’s take a look at how to use it in your own business.

First, you’ll need to identify your goals. Your focus might be on growing your social media, automating customer service, getting more website traffic, etc. Depending on your focus, your goals will differ. Then, you’ll need to analyze the marketing tasks that would bring you to that goal. You’ll find that some of those can be completely automated, and some can be performed more efficiently with the help of AI.

And, of course, you’ll need to choose which tools to use. There are dozens of choices out there, some broad and some specialized for specific tasks. Choose the ones that fit your needs and budget.

As you put these tools into use, make sure to closely monitor their output and adjust as needed to fit your customer journey. Their performance will get better and better.

## Examples of AI in marketing

Here are some great examples of how AI is used in marketing right now:

- **Chatbots.** A tool that’s been around for years now, chatbots use NLP to understand customer queries and respond to them just like a human would. Some of the biggest chatbot platforms, like [Chatfuel](https://dashboard.chatfuel.com/sign-up?utm_medium=chatfuel&utm_source=blog&utm_campaign=ai-marketing), have integrated ChatGPT into their service to provide users and customers with superior service and performance.

- **Content generation.** Tools like ChatGPT and Copy.ai are used to write anything from headlines and outlines all the way to full summaries and full articles.

- **Image creation.** AI-powered tools like DALL·E and Deep Dream Generator can generate images from text or change images based on user inputs.

- **Video creation.** Marketing AI tools like Make-A-Video by Meta and Synthesia take it one step further, allowing you even to generate videos.

- **Content editing.** Just like generating a blog, you can also use ChatGPT to review your content and suggest edits or fix mistakes.

- **Social media sentiment analysis.** Use AI to analyze your posts and give you a summary of the customer sentiment towards your brand.

- **SEO optimization.** SEO-powered tools can review pages or websites and suggest improvements to improve SEO.

There are many other applications of AI marketing tools, from predictive analytics and customer data analysis to developing an advanced AI marketing strategy.

WhatsApp chatbot: how to make it for free

Today, social media has become a prominent medium for businesses to connect with their customers. WhatsApp Business is a social media platform designed especially for business owners to connect with their customers.

Launched in 2018, WhatsApp Business has become a popular tool for small and large businesses. This article will explain how to start using WhatsApp Business and its features for business messaging.

## What is WhatsApp Business?

WhatsApp Business app is an elegant messaging tool for small businesses. In today’s competitive world, it’s essential for businesses to reach out to their customers quickly and efficiently. And this is where WhatsApp Business comes in handy.

With WhatsApp Business, companies can easily create a business profile with important information such as a business description, email address, website, and business hours. This allows customers to get all the information they need about the business in one place.

Moreover, businesses can use this platform to connect with their customers more personally. They can send updates about new products or services, promotions, and other important information directly to the customer’s mobile device. This helps customers stay informed and engaged with the business.

Additionally, WhatsApp Business is an excellent platform for companies to offer customer support. Customers can easily reach out with any questions or concerns and get a response promptly.

## Pros and cons of WhatsApp Business

One of the most significant advantages of WhatsApp Business is that it allows businesses to connect with customers easily. Even small business owners can use this platform to send quick replies to frequently asked questions, send product images, and provide customer support. In addition, it offers features such as messaging templates, list messages, and reply buttons. Also, WhatsApp Business allows one to create professional and informative business profiles.

However, there are some disadvantages to using WhatsApp Business as well. One of the biggest disadvantages is that it is limited to one phone number per account. This means a business cannot have multiple users managing the same account. Additionally, WhatsApp Business is unsuitable for large companies requiring more advanced features such as automation and analytics.

## What is the difference between WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business?

WhatsApp messenger and WhatsApp Business are two separate platforms that serve different purposes. WhatsApp is a messaging app designed for personal use, while WhatsApp Business is developed specifically for businesses.

WhatsApp Business includes additional features such as sending quick replies, messaging templates, creating a WhatsApp business account, and using the WhatsApp Business API. Furthermore, with WhatsApp Business, companies can easily create a business profile with essential information such as a business description, email address, website, and business hours, allowing customers to get all the information they need about the business in one place.

## How to use WhatsApp for business

To start using WhatsApp Business, download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once the app is downloaded, create a WhatsApp business profile with important information such as business description, email address, website, and business hours.

When filling out your business profile, provide as much information as possible so customers can easily find and reach you. This includes your business logo, physical address, and other relevant details.

In addition to connecting with customers and providing customer support, WhatsApp Business also allows you to create automated messages for frequently asked questions. This saves you time and ensures that customers receive prompt responses.

For better business results, you can use a chatbot to automatically send personalized messages, such as order confirmations and delivery updates, and more. This helps build trust and loyalty with your customers and increase your revenue as a result.

## What is the WhatsApp Business API?

WhatsApp Business API is a paid version of WhatsApp Business that allows businesses to integrate their messaging system with their customer support system. It also enables a verified business to integrate WhatsApp with a business’s existing customer relationship management (CRM) system and send messages in bulk, making it easier to reach many customers at once and more.

## How much does WhatsApp Business cost?

WhatsApp Business is a free tool available on either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. The app provides a range of features that can help businesses effectively manage customer interactions, including sending automated messages and organizing customer chats.

While the standard version of WhatsApp Business is completely free, the WhatsApp Business API is a paid version that offers even more advanced features. However, because this version is designed for larger businesses with more complex needs, it does require businesses to contact WhatsApp directly for pricing information.

Whether you choose the free or paid version of WhatsApp Business, it can be a valuable tool for improving customer communication and engagement.

## How to empower WhatsApp for better results

WhatsApp Business is a great tool for business owners to interact with customers, provide customer support, and send updates. However, while it comes with several advantages, it also has some limitations.

What is WhatsApp Business and how to use it

As a popular messaging app with over 2 billion users worldwide, WhatsApp has become an essential communication tool for people and businesses. In response to the growing demand for business communication on WhatsApp, Meta has created the WhatsApp Business API. This solution provides businesses access to the messaging app, allowing them to communicate more efficiently and effectively with their customers.

The article provides a comprehensive overview of WhatsApp Business API, including its features, benefits, pricing, and how to create an account.

Let’s begin with a brief mention started with what WhatsApp Business API is.

## What is WhatsApp Business API?

WhatsApp Business API is a cloud-based solution providing businesses with a powerful communication channel as a WhatsApp business platform for customer service and messaging needs.

With WhatsApp Business API, businesses can provide customer service, send updates and notifications to their customers, and more. In addition, the WhatsApp Business API offers several features that can help businesses provide a better customer experience. These features include quick replies, reply buttons, and template messages.

Quick replies allow businesses to respond to frequently asked questions more efficiently. In contrast, reply buttons and template messages can be used to automate responses to common queries.

## Whatsapp Business app vs. WhatsApp Business API

WhatsApp Business App is a mobile app designed for small businesses to communicate with their customers on WhatsApp. It is a standalone app that you can download and install on any smartphone. The app provides features such as quick replies, automated messages, and the ability to create a business profile.

On the other hand, WhatsApp Business API is a cloud-based solution that allows businesses to integrate WhatsApp with their existing customer communication tools. In addition, it provides more advanced features such as automation, chatbot integration, and the ability to send interactive messages in bulk. It also allows you to send a larger volume of messages, making it suitable for more extensive businesses with higher communication needs.

## How to use WhatsApp Business API?

To start your journey with WhatsApp Business API, you will need to create an account (more about it below.) By creating an account, you will unlock a world of possibilities to send WhatsApp messages to your customers, set up communication channels, and connect with your customers in a more personal and efficient way. With this API, you can customize your messages to fit your brand, automate your responses, and even send messages in bulk.

Additionally, you can use the API to respond to customer inquiries quickly, provide real-time support, and send notifications. Integrating WhatsApp Business API into your workflow allows you to streamline your customer communications, increase engagement, and ultimately enhance your customer’s experience with your business.

Let’s look more closely at what you can do with WhatsApp Business API.

### Provide customer service

One of the key benefits of using WhatsApp Business API is that it allows businesses to provide customer service and improve customer engagement through the messaging app. This can be done through live chat or by setting up quick replies to common queries. By providing customer service through WhatsApp, businesses can respond to customer queries more efficiently, resulting in a better customer experience.

### Send notifications and collect feedback

Companies like yours can use WhatsApp API to send business-initiated messages, notifications, and updates to customers. For example, use the messaging app to send order confirmations, delivery updates, and other important information. Also, you can use WhatsApp to conduct surveys and gather feedback from your customers, allowing them to make data-driven decisions and improve your products and services.

### Access to a large user base

Another benefit of using WhatsApp Business API is that it gives businesses access to a large user base. With over 2 billion users worldwide, WhatsApp is one of the most [popular messaging apps](https://restoreprivacy.com/secure-encrypted-messaging-apps/telegram/)  worldwide. Therefore, by using WhatsApp Business API, businesses can reach a large audience and connect with customers more personally and directly.

## WhatsApp pricing

WhatsApp Business API pricing is conversation-based, meaning businesses only pay for the messages they send. The cost per message varies depending on the country and the message volume.

However, WhatsApp Business API also offers conversation-based pricing, which can be a cost-effective solution for businesses that send a high volume of messages. With conversation-based pricing, companies can save money using WhatsApp as a communication channel.

In addition, WhatsApp Business API provides businesses access to various other communication channels, including SMS and Facebook Messenger. As a result, businesses can create a more comprehensive customer communication strategy by using these channels alongside WhatsApp.

## How to create a WhatsApp Business API account?

### 1\. Apply for access

First, you need to apply for access to WhatsApp Business API through your Facebook Business Manager. This process can take some time, as Facebook will need to review and approve your application. Once your application has been approved, Meta will require you to verify your business before setting up a WhatsApp Business API account. This verification process involves providing Meta with information about your business, such as your business address and phone number and may take several days to complete.

### 2\. Set up your WhatsApp business account

Once your business is verified, you can set up your WhatsApp Business API account and start communicating with your customers. It’s important to note that even though creating a WhatsApp Business API account can be time-consuming, it is well worth it for businesses that want to provide their customers with a seamless communication experience.

You can start by adding your phone number and display name. Then, you can change them as many times as you want before completing registration. After that, you must wait 30 days between display name change requests.

### 3\. Get a WhatsApp Business API client

At its core, the WhatsApp Business API client is based on Docker. This platform allows you to develop, deploy, and run applications in containers. Docker provides a consistent environment for the application, regardless of the underlying infrastructure.

If you prefer a less complicated solution, get a provider with a WhatsApp Business API option. For example, Meta’s official partner, [Chatfuel](https://dashboard.chatfuel.com/sign-up?utm_medium=whatsapp&utm_source=blog&utm_campaign=how_to_wa_business_api).

By using the WhatsApp Business API client, businesses can leverage the popularity and convenience of WhatsApp to communicate with their customers more efficiently and effectively. This can help improve customer satisfaction and ultimately increase sales and revenue.

## Use all the potential of WhatsApp for your business

WhatsApp is a powerful tool that can help businesses improve their customer communication strategy by providing customer service, sending notifications and updates, accessing a large user base, and more.

While WhatsApp’s built-in features bring impressive results, businesses like yours can go beyond and equip their marketing communication with intelligent automation. What is WhatsApp Business API and how to use it

Chatbots have become an important tool for businesses. They talk with your customers and provide instant and automated responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Chatbots have evolved from simple text-based interfaces to more conversational ones that allow for a more human-like interaction. Below, I’ll explore how to create a question-answer (Q&A) chatbot, a type of chatbot designed specifically for handling FAQs.

## Why use a Q&A chatbot

Q&A chatbots can help improve customer experience by providing quick and accurate answers to common questions 24/7. They can also relieve the workload of customer support teams by handling routine inquiries, allowing them to focus on more complex tasks. Finally, Q&A chatbots can be integrated with various platforms such as websites or  messaging apps. This makes them a good choice for any business’s toolbox, big or small.

## Choosing the right platform

There are several platforms that allow you to create Q&A chatbots. When choosing a platform, consider the following things:

- Ease of use. How intuitive is the platform for non-technical users?
- Customization options. Can you customize the look and feel of the chatbot to match your brand?
- Integration. Can the platform integrate with other tools and platforms that you already use?
- Price. How much does the platform cost, and are there any hidden fees?

Once you have decided on a platform, you can start creating your Q&A chatbot. If you need help deciding which platform to choose, check out my platform comparison guide. You’ll find everything you need to make the decision: pricing, ease of use, integrations, and more.

## Creating your Q&A chatbot

Here is a step-by-step guide to creating a Q&A chatbot.

1\.  Gather FAQs: Start by making a list of the most common questions that your customers ask. The list is the foundation for your chatbot’s knowledge base.

2\.  Organize FAQs: Group similar questions together and give each group a label or category. This will make it easier for your chatbot to understand the context of each question and provide an accurate answer.

3\.  Create keywords: A keyword is a certain word or phrase that triggers a response from your bot. For a Q&A chatbot, you’ll need to create keywords for each category of questions. For example, your keywords are “shipping inquiries” or “product returns.”

4\.  Define answers: For each keyword, you’ll need to provide a set of answers that your chatbot can use to respond to customer inquiries. Make sure the answers are clear, concise, and easy to understand.

5\.  Test and refine: Test your chatbot to make sure it is providing accurate answers to customer inquiries. Refine the answers as needed based on customer feedback.

6\.  Launch: Once your chatbot is functioning as expected, you can deploy it to your website or other platforms where it will be accessible to customers.

## NLP and handling questions

A well-designed Q&A chatbot can answer many of the FAQs, yet there will always be some questions that the bot may remain unanswered. That’s where NLP comes in.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a technology that lets chatbots understand and interpret human language, including different phrasing and sentence structure. With NLP, chatbots can respond to questions even if they are not put in an exact way as the configured keywords.

For example, if a customer asks a question about product details that is not included in the chatbot knowledge base, the chatbot can use NLP to analyze the question and provide an appropriate response.

To make the most of NLP, you can analyze users’ questions that are not being answered by the chatbot and use them to refine your chatbot’s knowledge base. This helps to continuously improve accuracy and efficiency in responding to customer questions.

With NLP, your Q&A chatbot can respond more effectively and accurately to customer inquiries.

## Conclusion

A Q&A chatbot can greatly improve customer experience by providing instant answers to common questions. By following the steps outlined above, you can [create a chatbot](http://dashboard.chatfuel.com/) that can handle routine inquiries, freeing up your customer support team to focus on more complex tasks. Whether you are a small business or a large enterprise, a Q&A chatbot can help you provide better customer support and improve customer satisfaction.
