The calendar and reminders aren’t sold separately: they’re included in every Chatfuel plan at no extra charge, with no add-ons or per-seat fees. You can try everything free for 7 days. If you send reminders from your own WhatsApp number, Meta may charge a small fee per message, depending on the country.
No. By default, confirmations and reminders go out from Chatfuel’s WhatsApp number, so you can start right away. You can switch to your business number in the calendar settings later. That needs a connected WhatsApp number and a payment method in Meta.
Clients get a confirmation right after the booking is created, a reminder 24 hours before, and another one 2 hours before. The day-before reminder has Confirm, Reschedule, and Cancel buttons. If a booking is cancelled, the 2-hour reminder isn’t sent.
Yes. Each message has an Additional info field of up to 512 characters for directions, parking, prep tips, or your cancellation policy. Messages already include the date, the time, and your business name, and the base text comes in English, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese.
Yes. Turn on booking for AI Agent, and it asks for the service and time, offers open slots from each specialist’s schedule, and creates the booking in your calendar. It works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, and your website chat, and your team can step into any conversation.
Yes, one way. Connect each specialist’s Google Calendar, and their Google events block those times for new bookings, so you avoid double bookings. Bookings made in Chatfuel don’t appear in Google Calendar.
You can still add their booking to the calendar, but confirmations and reminders are sent on WhatsApp only.
