When you upgrade to Pro, a pricing tier will be automatically selected for you based on the number of users your bot currently has. As your user base grows, we adjust the total monthly price accordingly, so you only pay for what you use. (Up to 500 users is $15/month, up to 1,000 users is $20/month, up to 2,000 is $30/month, on up to $180/month for up to 25,000 users. For more than 25,000 users, book a demo of our Premium plan.)

You can find your monthly invoice under the Configure tab in your bot’s dashboard. Click on Payments, and you'll see the receipt icon next to the amount for each month.
We'll charge your credit card monthly on the same day you activated your subscription. The charge will be based on your bot’s current number of reachable users for the upcoming month. We'll also add an adjustment fee at the end of the month if your user base expands to the next pricing tier.

Yes, you can cancel your paid plan any time. The only exception would be if we agreed beforehand on custom Chatfuel pricing with different terms.
