"How much to clean my flat?" is unanswerable, and the six messages it takes to make it answerable are the reason cleaning quotes go out two days late.

This template asks those six questions in the first minute: how many rooms and bathrooms, one-off or regular, does it include an oven or windows, is it an end-of-tenancy clean, which postcode, and when. It gives the published rate where one exists and says plainly when a job needs a human to price it. The office wakes up to jobs that can be quoted, not conversations that have to be started.
