This template answers them on WhatsApp and books people in. It matches a newcomer to the right level instead of letting them wander into an advanced class, explains the pass options and what each covers, and puts people on the waitlist when a class is full rather than losing them. Injuries and pregnancy go to a teacher, never to the assistant.
