Table reservations

Reservation requests arrive exactly when the restaurant is busiest, and nobody is answering WhatsApp at seven on a Friday.

This template takes the booking without a human: date, time, how many people, and anything the kitchen needs to know about allergies or a birthday. It answers the questions that would otherwise become a phone call — opening hours, whether there is a set menu, whether the terrace is covered, whether dogs are allowed — and hands large groups and private-hire requests to the manager, because those are not really reservations.
