Listing comment-to-DM

An agent posts a property, forty people comment "price?" and "still available?", and the thread turns into a public negotiation nobody wanted.

This template answers in the comments with one neutral line and moves the substance into a DM: the asking price, the size, what is nearby, and whether the property is still on. Anyone asking about location gets the neighbourhood answer; anyone asking about price gets the number and a viewing offer. The comment section stays a comment section.
