Viewing scheduler

Viewings are lost twice: once when nobody replies to the request, and again when the buyer forgets they agreed to a Tuesday at six.

This template handles both ends. It takes the viewing request in the chat, confirms which property and which slot, and asks whether anyone else is coming so the agent knows how many people to expect. If the buyer goes quiet before confirming, it nudges once with the two nearest times. Cancellations come back as a message the agent can act on rather than an empty doorstep.
