Course waitlist

A course creator posts "reply WAITLIST" to their story, gets two hundred replies, and adds them to a spreadsheet for the rest of the evening.

This template does it as the replies arrive. Anyone who replies with the waitlist word is confirmed in seconds and told when doors open; anyone who replies with a question about the course gets that answered instead of a canned confirmation. The list is built while the story is still live, which is the only window that matters.
