A builder's worst hour is the one spent driving to a site visit for a job that was never going to happen at that budget.

This template finds that out first. It asks what the project is, roughly what size, whether the person owns the property, whether there are drawings or planning permission yet, and what budget range they have in mind — then books the site visit only for the ones that clear the bar. Nobody is quoted a number over WhatsApp, because on a renovation that number would be a lie.
