Android

  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app.

  2. Tap More options > Business tools > Away message.

  3. Turn on Send away message.

  4. Under Away message, tap the message to edit it, then tap OK.

  5. Tap Schedule to set a specific time for your away message. Choose from the following options: Always send: send at all times. Custom schedule: send only during the specified period. Outside of business hours: send only outside of business hours. (Note: This option is only available if you have set your business hours in your business profile).
