How do you count conversations?
A conversation is one written exchange between a user and a bot, or a user and a Live Chat admin. We will close a conversation if after 24 hours a user or a bot does not receive a message. If a user writes to bot again after 24 hours, a new conversation will start. See all information about conversations in use under the Billing tab.

Where do I find my invoices?
You can find your monthly invoices under the Billing tab in your dashboard. Click on Payments, you'll see the receipt icon next to the amount for each month.
When do I get billed?
A paid plan provides you with a number of conversations. You pay for your plan monthly on the day you activated your subscription. If you go over your plan's limit we will charge an adjustment fee. This is done at the end of each month. The fee is based on how many new conversations your bot had over your limit. Find out more in the Billing tab.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes, you can cancel your paid plan any time. The only exception being customers who we agreed on custom Chatfuel pricing with individual terms.
