Shoot enquiries

A photographer's Instagram is the portfolio and the inbox at the same time, and enquiries arrive while they are shooting — which is to say, while they cannot answer.

This template holds the conversation until they can. It asks the date, the type of shoot, the location and roughly how many hours, gives the package prices from the price list, and explains what is included and how long the edit takes. Dates that are already booked get said out loud straight away, which is the single most useful thing an enquiry can hear.
