Someone moving house asks three companies on the same evening and goes with whoever answers first with a real number.

This template picks up every WhatsApp chat opened from a post or a profile link and gets to that number fast: where from, where to, how many rooms, which floor, is there a lift, and when. It quotes the published rates where the job fits them and books the survey where it does not. The point is not to be clever — it is to be the one that replied while they were still deciding.
