Getting started

Your chatbot checks if a user already received a promo code and used it earlier. Then, it requests user email addresses in exchange for a promo code. You can collect other customer data and save it {{user attributes}}. Also, you can edit texts in blocks as you wish.

Shopping on your website

After offering a promo code, your chatbot assigns users an {{attribute}} and invites them to shop on your website and apply their discount. Embed your website link to the button.

Follow-ups

In this flow, your chatbot reminds users that their promo code is expiring. If they haven't used it yet, your bot invites them to shop on your website and apply their discount again. Edit the texts as you wish and embed your website link to the button in this flow as well.

Activation

After customizing the template, activate the Entry Point to let users in: Facebook Page, Persistent menu, or both. To do that, go to the Getting started flow and move the toggle(s).
