Getting started

Greet customers and offer them support. You can add up to 13 buttons and edit their content as you wish. Customers can also type in their inquiries; your chatbot will save their responses in {{user attributes}}.

Corresponding blocks

After clicking a button or typing their inquiry as a text message, customers move to the corresponding blocks. Depending on the inquiry type, you can lead customers to your website, Live Chat, or collect their contact info.

Collecting contact info

Your chatbot gathers customer contact details and emails them to you along with other {{user attributes}}: their name and issue description. To receive all this data, add your email address.

After customizing the template, activate the Entry Point to let users in: Facebook Page, Persistent menu, or both. To do that, go to the Getting started flow and move the toggle(s)
