What is layered communication?

Layered communication is breaking down conversations into different parts or intentions.

For example, a travel booking conversation might have layers for:
  1. Getting trip details
  2. Showing options/recommendations
  3. Taking payment/confirming the booking

Each layer handles a specific part of the conversation flow. The chatbot guides the user through each layer one-by-one to complete the overall task.
