Your chatbot works like a generator, answering frequently asked questions from your e-commerce store customers. For example, common questions about the refund policy, shipping information, account settings, and more.

The template is already pre-filled in.
Just customize the following and activate it

Getting started

Your chatbot greets customers and offers them buttons to quickly find what they need. Manage this message and buttons as you wish. You can add up to 13 buttons (make sure you connect each of them to a block or flow).

Corresponding flows

After clicking a button, customers move to the corresponding flow. For example, if they click the Account settings button, they move to the Account settings flow. You can edit flows as you wish.

Live Chat

This is where you or your teammate can hand over a conversation from a bot and pause it when necessary. Your customers get a notification about the beginning of Live Chat and a button to end it. You can manage such conversations in the Live Chat tab.

Notify admin flow

In this flow, your chatbot gathers all {{user attributes}} data. To receive it, add your email address.

After customizing the template, activate the Entry Point to let users in: Facebook Page, Persistent menu, or both. To do that, go to the Getting started flow and move the toggle(s)
