Every Chatfuel plan is two things at once: a subscription that gives you the platform, and a wallet — a balance in US dollars that covers what you actually use. Each plan arrives with credits already loaded into that wallet.
Your subscription price never changes with your traffic. The wallet is what moves.

On the Agency plans, one wallet sits behind every bot in the workspace, so you top up in one place instead of chasing balances per client. The larger the plan, the more credits you get for the price. Annual billing is available on every paid plan at a discount.
What comes out of the wallet
- AI replies — every message the AI agent reads and answers
- WhatsApp templates — the messages you send outside the 24-hour window
- WhatsApp messages Meta charges for — from 1 October, Meta bills service messages too, and those charges run through your wallet as well
Credits are granted for the month and don't carry over, so there's nothing to be gained by holding them back. If you run through them, auto-top-up refills the wallet from your card by an amount you set yourself — see plan usage notifications for how the warnings work.
What's included at no extra charge
Everything that isn't a per-use cost is simply part of the plan:
- Every channel — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and your website
- Unlimited contacts — grow your audience without watching a counter
- Unlimited teammates — add your whole team at no extra cost
- Every feature — follow-ups, appointment booking, Knowledge Base, comment autoreplies, re-engagement messages, lead management, calendar, live chat
There are no seat fees, no per-channel fees, and no feature add-ons.
