Plans are linked to companies
- Your plan is directly linked to a specific company.
Billing cycle
- Your billing cycle starts on the day you purchase or upgrade your plan.
- We'll charge your card automatically on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or year (for annual plans).
Managing your plan
- You can manage your plan anytime under
Billing.
Canceling
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in
Billing. - If you cancel, you'll still have access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
Refunds
- Just bought a plan? Contact us right away for a full refund.
- Want to downgrade after using Chatfuel? Contact us within 3 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual) of your invoice.
