How Your Wallet and Credits Work

Your plan carries a wallet: a single balance in US dollars that everything you use draws from. Instead of separate invoices for AI, for messaging, and for Meta, there's one balance and one bill.

What draws from the wallet

Every charge is itemised on your billing page by day and by type, so you can see exactly what your traffic cost you and where it went.

Credits, and what happens when they run out

The credits included in your plan land in the wallet at the start of each billing cycle. They're granted for that cycle and don't carry over, so there's no advantage in holding them back.

When the balance runs low, auto-top-up charges your card by an amount you choose and puts it straight into the wallet, so conversations don't stop mid-sentence. If the balance ever reaches zero, all processing stops until the wallet is funded again — see what to do when you hit your limit.

Set it up in Billing

  1. Go to the Billing tab.
  2. Check your card under payment methods — these are the cards we accept.
  3. Turn on auto-top-up and set the amount you want us to add each time.

Or ask the AI Co-Worker

Tell it what you want in chat:

"How much have I spent this month, and is auto-top-up on?"

It shows your balance and your recent spend, and points you to the right place in Billing.

Note: Adding or changing a card is one of the few steps the AI Co-Worker can't complete for you — that part you finish in the Billing tab.

The credit line with Meta

WhatsApp message costs are charged by Meta, not by us. So that you never have to set up billing with Meta directly, we attach our credit line to your WhatsApp Business Account when you connect your number. Meta then invoices us for what your account sends, and it comes out of your wallet like everything else.

Two things have to be true for this to work:

  • Your WhatsApp Business Account has to be set to US dollars.
  • It must not already have another payment method or another provider's credit line attached to it. If it does, the number needs a fresh WhatsApp Business Account — connecting a new number walks through that.

If you detach our credit line yourself in Meta Business Manager, Meta blocks messaging on that WhatsApp Business Account until billing is set up again. If you're planning to move your number elsewhere, tell us first so your number keeps working through the switch.

If you're on a Legacy account

The credit line is part of the current platform. Legacy accounts don't get it, which means Meta charges the payment method attached to your own WhatsApp Business Account instead. If you'd rather have one bill, you can test the current platform without touching anything you already have running.
