Why There Is No Flows Button
If you're looking for the Flows button in Chatfuel and can't find it — that's by design.

If you're looking for the Flows button in Chatfuel and can't find it — that's by design. Chatfuel's current products are built around AI automations, not the flow builder.
Automations instead of flows
With flows, you mapped out every conversation path by hand: dragging blocks, connecting arrows, debugging logic. Automations work differently — Fuely AI holds the conversation on its own, guided by your Knowledge Base and the instructions you set per channel or per post. You describe the behavior; the AI handles the wording and the branching.
You manage automations in two equal ways:
- In the dashboard, at Fuely AI → Automations — here's how the page is organized.
- By asking the AI Co-Worker in chat — "set up comment auto-replies for my reels" — and it configures it for you.
Typical flow use cases map directly: comment auto-replies, follow-ups, appointment booking, routing ad leads by keyword, handing chats to your team.
What if you need to access flows
If you have an existing flow you need to review, ask the AI Co-Worker — it can navigate you to the flow editor. But the Co-Worker can't build or edit flows; for new setups, describe the outcome you want and it will configure an automation instead.
Getting started
Start with the guide on how the app works, then the complete AI setup guide — it takes you from an empty knowledge base to working automations step by step.
