Chatfuel's AI assistant is called Fuely AI. Before it can help your customers, you give it three things:

• About Company — your name, hours, contact info, and location.
• Catalog — the services or products you offer, with prices.
• FAQ — answers to the questions customers ask most often.

This is your Knowledge Base. The AI reads it and uses it to answer questions in every conversation.

3. The AI handles conversations

Once connected and trained, Fuely AI replies to every incoming message automatically. It answers questions, qualifies leads, books appointments via the calendar, and sends follow-ups when customers go quiet. No buttons or menus — customers just write naturally.
