Is a Legacy Account the Same as a Panel Account?

No. Your legacy Dashboard account and your Panel account are separate: log in to panel.chatfuel.com with the same email to see which one you are in.

Last updated on

No — these are two different accounts.

Legacy account

A Legacy account is a Chatfuel account created on the older version of the platform. Legacy accounts use a flow-builder interface where you manually build conversation paths by connecting blocks. If you're still on Legacy, you can test the new platform without affecting your existing setup.

Panel account

A Panel account is an account on the current Chatfuel platform — the one powered by Fuely AI. Instead of building flows, you set up automations — in the dashboard at Fuely AIAutomations, or by asking the AI Co-Worker in chat. Both do the same thing. This is the platform all new signups land on today.

Can I use both?

Yes. Your Legacy account and Panel account are completely separate. Having one does not affect the other. You can keep your Legacy bots running while you set up and test the new platform.
