What to Do When You Hit Your Limit

If your wallet has reached zero, processing stops: your automations stop replying and messages stop going out.

If your wallet has reached zero, processing stops: your automations stop replying and messages stop going out. Nothing is lost — your account, contacts, conversation history, and the AI Co-Worker all keep working, and live chat is still there so you can answer people by hand in the meantime.

Set it up in Billing

Two minutes gets you running again:

  1. Top up the wallet. Go to the Billing tab and add funds — processing resumes as soon as the balance is above zero.
  2. Turn on auto-top-up so it doesn't happen again. You set the amount, and we add it from your card before the balance runs out.

If a payment didn't go through, check the card on file first — these are the cards we accept.

Or ask the AI Co-Worker

Tell it what you want in chat:

"My AI stopped answering — did I run out of balance?"

It checks your subscription and balance and shows you the top-up and upgrade options.

Note: Completing the payment is one of the few steps the AI Co-Worker can't do for you — that part you finish in the Billing tab.

Why did I run out?

Everything you use draws from one balance: AI replies, WhatsApp templates, and — from 1 October — the service messages Meta charges for. Credits don't carry over between cycles, so a busy month can spend through them faster than a quiet one did. Usually it just means traffic is up, which is a good sign.

If you're regularly spending past your credits, a larger plan gives you more credits for the money than topping up does.

Will I lose my data?

No. Your contacts, conversation history, AI settings, and automations are all preserved. Once the wallet is funded, everything picks up right where you left off.
