If you're looking for the Tasks page — it has been replaced by Automations, at Fuely AI → Automations. Everything Tasks did lives there now, organized by channel and source instead of by category.
What moved where
- Task toggles → each channel source now has its own automation with its own on/off toggle. Turning AI on for Instagram DMs, comments, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp is a per-source switch.
- Gear settings on a task → the settings now sit directly on each automation: follow-ups, booking rules, switch to human, message delays, and more — configurable per source, or once on Main bot for everywhere.
- Comment tasks → comment replies are automations on the comment sources, including named custom rules for specific posts, ads, and keywords. See Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Broadcasts → broadcasts have their own Broadcasts tab in the main menu; they are no longer grouped with automation settings.
Your Knowledge Base still plays the same role: it's what the AI knows. If it's empty, the AI has nothing to work with — fill it out first. The definitive setup guide walks through the whole setup in order.
How to manage automations
Two equal ways:
- Open Fuely AI → Automations and configure them in the dashboard.
- Ask the AI Co-Worker in chat — "turn on comment replies for my reels" — and it makes the change for you.
