Can I send a DM after someone comments on my TikTok video?

No. TikTok does not allow sending direct messages triggered by comments. This is a TikTok platform restriction, not a Chatfuel limitation — which is why TikTok comment automations have a Public reply only, with no private-reply setting.

When someone comments on your video, you can only reply publicly under that comment using TikTok comment autoreply.

Why this works differently from Instagram

On Instagram and Facebook, a comment automation can send both a Public reply under the comment and a Private reply in DMs. On TikTok, the API does not allow this — a contact must message you directly first before you can send them a DM.
