Can I Change My WhatsApp Chatfuel Link?

When you connect a WhatsApp number to Chatfuel, the platform generates a unique shareable link for your business — for example, wa.chatfuel.com/yourbusiness. This link opens a page with a QR code that starts a WhatsApp conversation with your business when someone clicks or scans it.

Can I change the link?

No. The wa.chatfuel.com/yourbusiness link is generated automatically when you connect your number and cannot be changed or customized. This is a permanent link tied to your account.

Can I change the business name shown on the link page?

Not yet. The page at your link displays the business name that was associated with your WhatsApp account when the link was created. Chatfuel does not currently support editing this name. See How to Change the Business Name on Your WhatsApp QR Code for more details.

What you can customize

• Display name — the name customers see inside WhatsApp conversations can be changed through WhatsApp Manager. This is separate from the name shown on the link page.
• Profile photo — you can update your WhatsApp Business profile photo at any time.

Where to find your link

Go to Settings → WhatsApp in your Chatfuel dashboard. Your shareable link and QR code are displayed there.
