Can I Upload a Price List?

No, there is no way to bulk-upload a price list or import a spreadsheet into Chatfuel. All products and services must be added to your Catalog one by one.

Set it up in Catalog

1. Go to Knowledge Base → Catalog.
2. Click Add item.
3. Fill in the product or service name, description (include sizes, measurements, and prices), and optionally attach photos.
4. Save and repeat for each item.

Or ask the AI Co-Worker

There is no file-import feature, but you can paste your price list to the AI Co-Worker in chat and tell it what you want:

"Here's my price list — add all of these to my catalog."

It adds every item from the list to your catalog and confirms what it set.

Tips for price lists with many variations

If you sell items that come in multiple sizes or measurements (like covers), you have two options:

• One item per size — create a separate catalog entry for each variation (e.g., "Cover 100×200", "Cover 120×200"). This gives the AI exact pricing for each size.
• One item with all sizes in the description — list every size and its price inside the description field of a single item. The AI will read the full description and quote the correct price when a customer asks about a specific size.

Either approach works. Choose whichever is easier to maintain given the number of variations you have.
