How to Cancel Your Subscription or Trial

You can cancel your Chatfuel subscription or free trial at any time from the Billing section of your account.

Note: Cancelling a subscription is one of the few steps the AI Co-Worker can't complete for you — you confirm the cancellation yourself in Billing → Manage billing. The Co-Worker can check your subscription status and take you straight to the right page: just ask.

Steps to cancel

1. Click Billing in the left navigation bar.
2. Click Manage billing.
3. Click Cancel subscription.

What happens after cancellation

• Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you won't lose access immediately.
• Once the period ends, your account reverts to the free Trial limits.
