If you see that your payment has been postponed or delayed by a few days, there's nothing to worry about. This can happen when a scheduled charge doesn't go through on the expected date — for example, due to a temporary card issue or a bank delay.
Set it up in Billing
- Go to the Billing tab in your Chatfuel account.
- Click the button to pay or retry the charge.
- That's it — your plan continues as normal.
Or ask the AI Co-Worker
Tell the AI Co-Worker what you want in chat:
"My payment was postponed — am I still active?"
It checks your subscription and tells you where things stand.
Note: Completing the payment is one of the few steps the AI Co-Worker can't do for you — that part you finish in the Billing tab.
Will I lose access?
No. Chatfuel gives you a grace period when a payment is postponed. Your account stays fully active during this time, so your AI, automations, and live chat keep working without interruption.
What if I don't pay?
If the payment remains unpaid after the grace period, your account will eventually be restricted. To avoid this, simply go to Billing and complete the payment as soon as you can.
