If you stop paying now and decide to resume later — a month, three months, or further down the line — here's what to expect with your data and AI agent training.

The 60-day rule

We keep your account data for 60 days after your subscription lapses. This includes your AI agent training, flows, audience, and conversation history.

  • Return within 60 days → everything is restored as it was. Your AI agent picks up with the same training, and your automations keep running the moment you reactivate.
  • Return after 60 days → your data is wiped. You'll need to set up your AI agent and flows from scratch.

Example

If your last payment was in May and you come back in August (about 3 months later), your data will already be gone. To preserve your setup during a pause, make sure to reactivate within the 60-day window.

How to avoid losing data

The simplest way is to keep your subscription active, even on the lowest plan. If you need to pause, plan your return within 60 days.

If you've already cancelled or your payment was postponed, the 60-day countdown starts from the end of your last paid period. Reactivating before then keeps everything intact.
