Yes — Fuely AI automatically follows up with customers who stop responding. You don't need to schedule anything manually: enable follow-ups on an automation and the bot handles the rest.
How It Works
When a customer goes quiet during an active conversation, Fuely AI sends two follow-up messages to nudge them back. The timing is automatic — Fuely AI decides when to send each follow-up based on the conversation context, and you cannot set a custom delay or schedule.
What the follow-ups say is up to you: each automation has a follow-up message prompt you can edit, so different sources can nudge customers in different ways.
Set it up in Automations
- Go to Fuely AI → Automations.
- Open the automation for the channel or post you want (or Main bot to change it everywhere).
- Open the Follow-ups setting, turn it on, and adjust the message prompt if you like.
See How to Set Up Follow-Ups for the full walkthrough.
Or ask the AI Co-Worker
Tell it what you want in chat:
"Turn on follow-ups for customers who stop replying."
It applies the change and confirms what it set.
Good to Know
- Follow-ups work on all connected channels — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and website.
- You can enable follow-ups everywhere via Main bot, or only on some sources.
- On WhatsApp, follow-ups only go out within the 24-hour messaging window. If the window has closed, use re-engage messages instead.
- If a human agent takes over the conversation, follow-ups stop automatically.
