Getting Started
- Download the app using one of the links above.
- Open the app and sign in with your existing Chatfuel account credentials.
- Once logged in, you can access your connected channels — including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook — directly from your phone.
What You Can Do in the Mobile App
- Monitor and reply to customer conversations in real time
- Review AI-handled chats and take over when needed — for example, you can stop AI and handle a conversation manually
- Manage your account settings and invite teammates
- Receive push notifications so you never miss an important message
Requirements
- iOS 15.0 or later / Android 8.0 or later
- A Panel account (the current platform). If you have a Legacy account, the app won't show your data — see why the mobile app doesn't show my account.
