Comment-to-DM bookings

Every salon post collects the same comment — "price?" — and every one of those is a booking that never happened because nobody answered it.

This template replies publicly in one line to keep the comment section moving, then opens a DM and does the actual work: the price for the service they asked about, how long it takes, and the two nearest free slots. Prices stay out of the public thread, which is where competitors read them. A second rule handles the people who just comment an emoji or "😍" with a friendlier opener instead of a price list.
