No — the AI Co-Worker can't send templates on your behalf. But you can easily do it yourself right from the live chat.
How to send a template yourself
- Go to Chats and open the conversation with the contact you want to message.
- Below the message input field, click Choose template.
- Select the approved template you want to send.
- Fill in any variables if the template requires them.
- Click Send.
That's it — the template will be delivered to the contact. Once they reply, a new 24-hour messaging window will open.
Good to know
- You can only send templates that have been approved by Meta. If yours isn't showing up, check its status in WhatsApp Manager.
- For reaching multiple contacts at once, use Re-engage messages instead.
