Can I Use 360dialog with Chatfuel?

No. Chatfuel is a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), just like 360dialog. Each phone number can only be connected to one BSP at a time — you cannot use both simultaneously.

Why it doesn't work

The WhatsApp Business API requires every phone number to be registered through a single BSP. Since both Chatfuel and 360dialog serve as BSPs, they cannot share the same number. Attempting to connect a number that is already registered with 360dialog will fail.

What to do

To use your number with Chatfuel, disconnect it from 360dialog first:

1. Log in to your 360dialog account and release the phone number from their platform.
2. Make sure the number is fully released from the API — check that it no longer appears under your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta Business Settings.
3. Once the number is released, connect it to Chatfuel as a new number or connect your WhatsApp Business App number if you're using the WhatsApp Business App.

Does this apply to other BSPs?

Yes. The same limitation applies to any other WhatsApp BSP — Twilio, MessageBird, Vonage, etc. You must disconnect from your current provider before connecting to Chatfuel.
