You can get notified the moment a new chat arrives or a booking is made in two ways: subscribe to web notifications in your browser, or install the Chatfuel mobile app.

Subscribe to web notifications

When you're working in the Chatfuel dashboard, your browser can push an alert as soon as a new chat or booking comes in — even if the tab isn't active.

  1. Open the Chatfuel dashboard in your browser.
  2. When prompted, allow notifications for Chatfuel.
  3. Keep the tab open (it can run in the background) to continue receiving alerts.

If you dismissed the prompt, re-enable notifications from your browser's site settings for the Chatfuel domain.

Install the mobile app

For alerts on the go, install the Chatfuel mobile app on iOS or Android. Once signed in, the app sends push notifications whenever a new customer message or booking arrives.

Make sure push notifications are enabled in your phone's settings for the Chatfuel app, and that Do Not Disturb isn't blocking them.

Which one should I use?

  • Web notifications — best when you're actively working at your computer.
  • Mobile app — best when you're away from your desk and want to stay reachable.

You can use both at the same time so you never miss a new chat or booking.
