Can I Export Chats?

Short answer

No. Chatfuel does not have a chat export function. You cannot download or export conversation history as a file.

What you can do instead

While there is no export button, the AI Co-Worker can read through your chats and answer questions about them. Just ask it in chat, and it can:

• Summarize conversations with a specific customer
• Pull out key details like names, phone numbers, or order info mentioned in chats
• Analyze patterns across multiple conversations — for example, what questions customers ask most often
• Give you stats on your sales pipeline based on chat activity

Think of it as having an assistant who has read every conversation and can answer questions about them on the spot.

How to use it

Open a chat with the AI Co-Worker and ask what you need. For example:

• "Summarize my last 10 conversations and pull out common questions."
• "What are the most common questions customers asked this week?"
• "What did [customer name] say about pricing?"

The AI Co-Worker works with all your chat history across every connected channel.
