Can I Block a WhatsApp Lead?

Short answer

No, blocking a lead is not currently available. This feature is in development.

What you can do right now

While blocking isn't available yet, here are ways to handle unwanted leads:

• Close the chat. Move the lead to Closed so it's out of your active pipeline and Fuely AI stops responding.
• Let it auto-close. Chats in the Sorting stage auto-close after 24 hours of customer inactivity — no action needed.
• Take over and stop replying. If you don't want AI to engage with a specific contact, assign yourself in Live Chat to stop AI immediately, then simply don't reply.

What's coming

We're working on the ability to block individual leads so they can no longer message your business through WhatsApp. Once available, you'll be able to block contacts directly from the Leads panel.
