How to Open the Automation Tab

Automations live inside the Fuely AI section of the dashboard.

Open it in the dashboard

1. In the main menu, open Fuely AI.
2. Go to Automations.

You'll see Main bot at the top and an automation for every channel source below it — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and the website widget. Here's how automations are organized and what you can configure on each.

Tell the AI Co-Worker in chat:

"Open my automations"

It takes you straight to the page — or just makes the change you describe, without you opening anything: "Set up auto-replies to Instagram comments", "Create a follow-up for leads who go quiet", "Book appointments automatically".

Reviewing existing automations
