Where to Enter a Promo Code

You can apply a promo code when choosing your plan. The promo code field appears on the Stripe payment window — the same screen where you enter your card details.

How to apply a promo code

1. Go to Billing in your Chatfuel account.
2. Choose a plan.
3. On the Stripe payment window, look for the Add promotion code field.
4. Enter your promo code and click Apply.
5. The discount will be reflected in the total before you confirm payment.

Good to know

• The promo code field is only visible on the Stripe checkout page, not inside Chatfuel itself.
• If your code isn't working, double-check for typos or expiration. Contact support if the issue persists.
