If you're an agency or freelancer working with several clients, Chatfuel lets you create and switch between multiple companies from a single account. Each company has its own bots, channels, contacts, and settings — completely separate from one another. If you run an agency, the agency → clients model explains how to structure a client roster this way.
How to create a new company
- Click on your avatar in the navigation menu.
- Click My Companies.
- Click Create New Company.
Your new company appears in the list right away. You can switch between companies at any time by returning to the My Companies screen.
How switching works
When you select a company from the list, the entire dashboard switches to that company's workspace. All bots, connected channels, conversations, and settings belong to that specific company.
To go back, click your avatar again, open My Companies, and pick a different one.
Tips for agencies and freelancers
- Separate billing — each company has its own plan and billing cycle, so you can manage client budgets independently.
- Separate teams — you can invite different teammates to each company, giving clients or collaborators access only to the workspace they need.
- No limit on companies — create as many companies as you need. There is no cap on the number of companies per account.
