- Active incidents with live updates
- Monthly uptime history
- Planned maintenance windows

How Incidents Work
Detection
Our monitoring systems run continuous health checks on all services. When an issue is detected, the status page is automatically updated — typically within 5 minutes of detection.
Classification
| Priority | Description |
|---|---|
| P1 Critical | Full outage or severe degradation impacting most customers |
| P2 Major | Partial degradation or regional impact with significant user effect |
| P3 Minor | Limited functionality impact or isolated integration issues |
Communication
- Initial post — published as soon as an incident is confirmed, with current impact and next update timing
- Regular updates — posted throughout mitigation
- Resolution post — final update with scope, timeline, and follow-ups
External Platform Issues
When Meta/Facebook or other external platforms experience disruptions that affect your bots, we post an incident on our status page with updates relayed within ~5 minutes of detection.

After an Incident
Every incident goes through a post-incident review including root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Resolution typically happens within several hours, depending on scope and vendor dependencies.
