Supported Channels

Chatfuel is an official Meta Business Partner. The platform supports the following messaging channels:

• Instagram — connect your Instagram account
• Facebook — connect your Facebook Page for Messenger and comments under your posts
• WhatsApp — connect a new phone number or an existing WhatsApp Business App number
• TikTok — connect your TikTok account
• Website — add a chat widget to your site

Can I connect other channels like Telegram, Viber, or Line?

No. Chatfuel works exclusively with the channels listed above. As an official Meta provider, Chatfuel operates within Meta's platform policies, which do not allow connecting third-party messaging channels such as Telegram, Viber, Line, or similar services.

There is no workaround or manual integration path for unsupported channels. If your business relies on a channel that is not listed here, Chatfuel is not the right fit for that specific channel.
