Chatfuel does not store passwords. Your account is linked to a third-party platform — Facebook, Google, Apple, or Instagram — and you sign in through that platform. To change your password, go directly to the platform you used to sign up.
Change your password by platform
- Google — myaccount.google.com/security
- Facebook — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and login → Change password
- Apple — appleid.apple.com → Sign-In and Security → Change Password
- Instagram — Settings → Accounts Center → Password and security → Change password
After changing your Facebook or Instagram password
If you changed your Facebook or Instagram password, your connection to Chatfuel may break. You'll need to reconnect:
- WhatsApp — go to Settings → WhatsApp and reconnect your number. See Connect WhatsApp Business App Number for step-by-step instructions.
- Instagram — go to Settings → Instagram and click Reconnect. See Connect your Instagram account for details.
Changing a Google or Apple password does not affect your Chatfuel connection.
