# How to Change the Business Name on Your WhatsApp QR Code

When you generate a WhatsApp QR code through Chatfuel (links like `wa.chatfuel.com/yourbusiness`), the QR code page displays the business name associated with your WhatsApp account. If you've rebranded or registered a different company since setting up your account, that old name may still appear on the QR code.

## Can I change the name on the QR code? [#can-i-change-the-name-on-the-qr-code]

Not yet. Chatfuel does not currently support editing the business name shown on your WhatsApp QR code page. This feature is in development and will be available in a future update.

## What you can do now [#what-you-can-do-now]

While the QR code page name cannot be changed yet, you can update other parts of your WhatsApp Business identity:

* **Display name** — the name customers see inside WhatsApp conversations can be changed through [WhatsApp Manager](https://chatfuel.com/docs/whatsapp/how-to-change-whatsapp-display-name). This is separate from the name shown on the QR code page.
* **Profile photo** — you can update your [WhatsApp Business profile photo](https://chatfuel.com/docs/whatsapp/how-to-add-profile-photo) at any time.

## What is the QR code page? [#what-is-the-qr-code-page]

Chatfuel generates a shareable link (e.g. `wa.chatfuel.com/yourbusiness`) that opens a page with a QR code. When someone scans it or clicks the link, it starts a WhatsApp conversation with your business. The page shows the business name that was associated with your account when the QR code was created.
