# Can I Use 360dialog with Chatfuel?

No. Chatfuel is a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), just like 360dialog.

No. Chatfuel is a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), just like 360dialog. Each phone number can only be connected to one BSP at a time — you cannot use both simultaneously.

## Why it doesn't work [#why-it-doesnt-work]

The WhatsApp Business API requires every phone number to be registered through a single BSP. Since both Chatfuel and 360dialog serve as BSPs, they cannot share the same number. Attempting to connect a number that is already registered with 360dialog will fail.

## What to do [#what-to-do]

To use your number with Chatfuel, disconnect it from 360dialog first:

1. Log in to your 360dialog account and release the phone number from their platform.
2. Make sure the number is [fully released from the API](https://chatfuel.com/docs/whatsapp/how-to-check-if-whatsapp-number-is-released) — check that it no longer appears under your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta Business Settings.
3. Once the number is released, [connect it to Chatfuel as a new number](https://chatfuel.com/docs/whatsapp/how-to-connect-a-new-phone-number) or [connect your WhatsApp Business App number](https://chatfuel.com/docs/whatsapp/connect-whatsapp-business-app-number) if you're using the WhatsApp Business App.

Yes. The same limitation applies to any other WhatsApp BSP — Twilio, MessageBird, Vonage, etc. You must disconnect from your current provider before connecting to Chatfuel.
