# Connect your TikTok account

Below, you'll learn how to connect your TikTok account to Chatfuel.

Below, you'll learn how to connect your TikTok account to Chatfuel. Once connected, you can enable [TikTok automations](https://chatfuel.com/docs/tiktok/tiktok-tasks) to reply to comments and direct messages.

Connecting your TikTok account is one of the few steps the AI Co-Worker can't complete for you — you need to log in to TikTok and grant permissions yourself. The Co-Worker can take you straight to the right page: just ask.

## You'll need a Business account [#youll-need-a-business-account]

Make sure you have a [TikTok Business account](https://chatfuel.com/docs/tiktok/how-to-switch-tiktok-to-business-account). If you don't have one yet, don't worry — we'll help you set it up in the process.

## How to connect your TikTok account [#how-to-connect-your-tiktok-account]

1. Open **Settings** → **TikTok**, then click **Connect TikTok**.
2. If your account is still personal, you'll be prompted to switch it to Business. Just follow each step in the pop-up window, then click **Done** on the final step.
3. Log in to your TikTok account in the pop-up window.
4. Grant permissions to Chatfuel and click **Continue**.
5. Done. Your account is now connected to Chatfuel.

> **Note:** You can configure your TikTok automations even before the account is connected — the settings are saved and go live the moment you connect.
