## Cross-Border Data Transfers [#cross-border-data-transfers]

All international data transfers comply with **Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)** approved by the European Union and recognized throughout Latin America. These clauses ensure an "adequate level of protection" for personal data regardless of where you're located.

Our transfers are supported by:
